For tubular components, the BLM LT7 processes round, square, and custom profiles up to 6 inches, featuring real-time seam detection and automated handling. On the punching side, our TRUMPF TruPunch 5000 forms, punches, and taps threaded holes at up to 1,600 strokes per minute, delivering unmatched productivity and eliminating secondary operations.
Our forming department features TRUMPF press brakes and TRUMPF automated bend cells, combining up to 230 tons of bending force with CNC-controlled accuracy down to fractions of a millimeter. Backed by expert operators skilled in bend allowances, material behavior, and tooling strategy, we deliver complex, repeatable bends with minimal setup time—ensuring superior part quality and tight tolerances across every job.
Future Form’s assembly team transforms fabricated parts into fully integrated mechanical or electromechanical systems. We specialize in high-tolerance assemblies involving sheet metal, machined components, PEM hardware, wiring and more. Our capabilities include mechanical fastening, torque-controlled bolting, rivet and stud installation, and rigorous fit-checking. By managing fabrication and assembly in-house, we reduce handling damage, maintain quality control, and deliver assemblies that meet both functional and aesthetic standards—ready to ship, install, or scale.
